I love dogs. I grew up in a family with 3 collie dogs and finally got my own dog (an Aussie) my second year of undergraduate college. He is now 7 and in my current situation I am working from home with a very flexible schedule. My apartment is very close to Washington Park and the NYS plaza (there is plenty of green space). I have greatly enjoyed dog and cat sitting in the past and I look forward to doing it more often! I treat the pets that I look after as one of my own and welcome them into my family. I love to exercise with my pup and would be more than happy to take your dog on a run and to help train them to run wih someone. I also enjoy going on winter walks/hikes at Thatcher Park and Peebles Island. I take my pup along to almost everything active that I do including rock climbing, kayaking, and cross country skiing. I know how hard it is being away from your pet or not having the time to give them the attention and walks they need, so please let me help! It’s great to have dog buddies to welcome into my home, I have never met a dog I haven’t loved. I also understand that pets and training can be very particular and I will gladly abide by your restrictions and regimine for your pet whatever their needs may be.
