Pet care experience
I have an 8 pound maltese and she is really great with dogs of all sizes. She is energetic and loves to make new furry friends. I've grown up with dogs as a part of my life so I understand how to take good care of them and to show them a lot of love! I will spend lots of play time with your dog. I can also help with their tricks and make sure to only use POSITIVE reinforcement just like how I teach new tricks to my puppy. I can also take your dog for a walk around the neighborhood. I work from home full time, Monday-Friday. Your dog will probably be left for 8 hours max if I need to do errands, otherwise, I’ll be home most of the time.

Margarita was so kind and patient with our high energy pup! She wasn’t overwhelmed with all of our particular requests. She sent daily updates and lots of adorable photos! Will book again!
Margarita was wonderful!! I am super picky of who I leave my boy with and Margarita was amazing from the start. She set up a meet and greet to make sure our dogs were compatible and to learn more about Gizmo and ensure she was a fit for him as well. Then she asked great questions and made sure she had all the necessary information to ensure his well-being and safety. I received the most delightful updates/photos/and video while I was out of town and she even did some training with him and gave him a special treat for his birthday. Margarita is a very conscientious person and I appreciate that she brings that to her care of dogs as well. I will happily rebook with her again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
Margarita and Scott were just great with my little gal, Gracie. They sent lots of photos and gave detailed and daily updates. I want to give a special shout out to Cotton, Margarita’s dog. My dog was kind of a jerk to her (taking over her bed, refusing to play, etc..). Seems that Cotton was super chill with Gracie. She was a superhost!! Lol. Margarita and Scott have other jobs and are away during the day, but Gracie seemed fine with it. We are also away during the day, so I don’t think this was stressful at all for our dog.

I have a small fenced backyard and can be used for a quick afternoon pee or just for chilling. I also like to keep our house tidy to ensure nothing is on the floor since I also have a small dog - safety is priority.

I would like to know your dog's habits or special routines. Also, any health concerns or allergies. Anything that's very important for me to know. Due to my dog being really small, we unfortunately can’t sit if your dog is aggressive for safety reason.
A typical day
During weekdays, we’ll go around the neighborhood and on weekends, we try to go for hikes unless your pup is not fit for it. Happy to give lots of playtime too if your dog loves to play :)

Availability
I am currently working from home full time and is able to give attention to your pup. I am also home most of the time during weekends and consists of either running errands or going for a nice walk along lake chabot or other walking/hiking trails. It usually consists of morning, afternoon walk, and before bedtime walk.
