WOW, where do I begin? Margarita responded to my last minute request - her profile said she was available the day of my booking and she actually was! Very courteous, professional, communicative and arrived right on time! My dog is afraid of strangers and takes an initial introduction + treats + an invite to our home, before she gets comfortable with someone, HOWEVER, the moment Caribou saw Margarita, she walked up to her as though she had known her! This has NEVER happened! The beautiful smile Margarita has in her profile pic is truly her! When you meet her she is sooo warm and right away you can see she has great connection with animals and knows how to handle them. She is one step ahead of me asking for anything - for example when I was leaving she knew right away Caribou would need to be held. Shocker: I had an all day work function and this was my first time in 12 years I had ever left Caribou with an unknown person - and not once was I worried about her. I was actually worried that Margarita would get bored. I check in a few times for that reason and Margarita responded so quickly and didn’t seem to be bothered by my check ins. She sent me pics throughout the day and asked very thoughtful questions. Awe, I’m so thankful for you, Margarita!!! Caribou is looking forward to seeing you again soon ???.
