Pet care experience
I am a veterinary student home on summer break looking to care for your pets when you are away! I have worked as a veterinary technician for 4 years, including working at a boarding facility. I myself have two giant schnauzers, a cat and a guinea pig! I love caring for all pets, and I would love to provide the best care I can to keep your fur-friends happy while you are gone. I am very active, so I love to go on long walks, but with my veterinary background know how to take the best care of your pet this summer. I am very flexible with times and will be around all summer long. I look forward to working with your pets this summer!

Margaret is an amazing pet sitter. She has watched my cat numerous times while I vacation and is attentive, responsible, and great about sending updates. I also feel safe knowing my pet is being watched by a veterinarian student with multiple years experience in vet offices.
Margaret has cared for my two large dogs on a regular basis. She stays with them, walks them, feeds them, gives them their medications, and provides a lot of love and play and exercise. The dogs love her and I trust Margaret implicitly with their care. Margaret is trustworthy, kind with animals, and very competent following schedules and directions. Margaret is also good at communicating how the dogs are doing and letting me know if she notices any health issues or problems. (And, she also takes care of my fish and my hamster!)

A typical day
If the dog is active, I am training for a marathon so would love to have running partners this summer. I enjoy trail walks and if applicable taking dogs to a dog park. While at home I will provide snuggles and playing, while always making sure food/water bowls are full or litter boxes are clean.
