I’ve owned a terrier (childhood) and went through obedience school with my golden lab (the ex kept the dog, I kept my son- but I sure do miss the dog!). My aunt has a boxer amid her toy dogs so I’m comfortable with larger animals. I have a philosophy of running the hyper energy out. They love it and i love the calmness after! I have a degree in biology and have worked with multiple species in the field. I’ve handled up to 8 dogs at once and lived to tell the tale, lol.
