Margaret is such a sweet lady that she went out of her way to help us taking care of Bear while we are away for 11 days for the very first time! I was skeptical due to this is the first time we use her service, after this, I will definitely use her service again and again! Bear is a special need dog, In order to made sure Bear is comfortable with them and their dog, they arranged meeting with Bear twice prior the actual boarding. During the boarding, they took very good care of Bear, they made sure to communicate with me daily with text and picture and described how our dog is doing there, this helped so much to ease my worry. Bear cannot go down the stairs due to his ability, they even carried him up and downstairs while he needed, He is a 50+ lb dog!!! They even made special treat for Bear for his birthday when they heard that Bear had birthday during his stay! Thank you so much Margaret! We will see you again soon!!!

Margaret is amazing. She took our little Spanky on two walks a day and just blessed us so much with the needed help! Super grateful and she is definitely our go to from now on.
