A typical day
I love keeping dogs both mentally and physically active. We’ll go on walks around the neighborhood, enrichment things if they like tha, and take time to explore new scents and sights. I make sure each dog gets plenty of attention, exercise, and calm downtime so they feel comfortable and balanced throughout the day.

Hi, I’m Maggie! I’ve had dogs my entire life and can’t imagine a home without them. I have lived on a farm surrounded by dogs, horses, and cats, which gave me years of hands on experience caring for animals of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. After losing my beloved German Shepherd, I began fostering others through rescues. A journey that’s been both healing and incredibly rewarding. It’s deepened my understanding of different temperaments, training needs, and the importance of patience, structure, and gentle consistency. Whether I’m boarding, house sitting, or stopping in for a visit, I focus on creating a calm, loving environment where every pet feels safe and cared for like family. I treat your pets and your home with the same care and respect I’d want for my own.

I highly recommend Margaret as a pet sitter! She is punctual, professional, genuinely cares for your fur babies, and does the best job possible. A tree fell down on the road leading up to my house and blocked the road. Margaret did not hesitate to park her car and walk to my house . She communicated with me daily to let me know who’s my dog. was doing. I will definately use Margaret again!!
Maggie did a great job walking our two dogs. She is responsive to requests, arrives on time, and our dogs (Husky and Maltese) were comfortable around her. She demonstrated good experience interacting with our dogs and taking them on their walks. We won't hesitate to use her again as our future walking needs arise.
