Pet care experience
I would love your dogs and take care of them like they were my own. I’ve been obsessed with animals especially dogs since I was little and I’m very good at bonding with them. I can handle all kinds of special needs. I have a Bichon Frise, Coccinella, who would love to come on walks with your dog if they would like that. I’ve volunteered at A.D.O.P.T shelter in Naperville and having taken training classes there as well. I also fostered for Small Paws Rescue. I believe in clicker training and only positive reinforcement and I would be happy to work on training with your dog too. Besides being an animal lover I also work as an accountant for a dental lab part-time. I work M-F 9am-3pm. My true passion is animals though so I’m doing this more for fun than a business. I’m honest, trustworthy, and very loyal and I would love to make your dog a part of my extended family. <3 Peggy (nickname I go by)

I highly recommend Margaret for pet sitting. She has cared for three of my dogs over the years. She takes caring for our pets seriously, treating our dogs as if they were her own. She was just so patient and kind with our aging dogs, especially when they needed extra care. She is mature and trustworthy to allow into your home. She is reliable and punctual. She is definitely our go to person for pet care!
Peggy has taken care of our dog for years. There isn't a more caring individual with dogs that I know as she takes care of them like her children. She treats them with the same respect she would give you and or your family as she realizes that our pets are part of our family and caring for them is very important to us. Additionally she is well versed in pet food and nutrition and recognizing dysfunction or potential issues with your dog that many people who aren't vested in their work don't have. She is honest and reliable and anyone who is able to work with her is fortunate as good people in this profession are hard to find.
I would never use any dog sitter other than Margaret! I can tell by how happy my dog is when I come to pick her up that she treats her just as if she were her own. I can go out of town and feel at peace as I know my dog is in good hands and is actually happy to spend time with Margaret. Margaret took a lot of time to discuss with me in detail my dogs diet and allergies. She also had a lot of helpful tips to provide me with in turn. I find Margaret to be extremely responsible and reliable. I am so lucky to have found her!
I have known Margaret "Peggy" for 24 years! She is a true dog lover. She is definitely the best dog mom around. She is caring and loving to all dogs including her own. She has loved dogs since I can remember. She even fostered dogs in the past. I would recommend Peggy to anyone looking for a dog sitter or walker. She is fabulous with dogs! She is also very kind, understanding, and up for any challenge. If i trust Peggy with my own human kids....I would definitely trust Peggy with any fur-baby!!!

Does the dog get along with people or animals that we may encounter on walks? Are they escape artists? I will only walk dogs on harnesses so your dog must have one. If it’s an overnight stay they would have to be dog friendly because I would have to bring my dog with. I would also need to know their daily routines, eating habits, behavioral tendencies, and health issues.
A typical day
We would go on walks around your neighborhood, wherever it’s safe. I can also take them to a dog park or path if it’s close by. Besides walks we could do clicker training or play with toys. My dog loves puzzles and hide the treat games so we could do those too. Lots of cuddles, hugs, kisses, and love.
