Pet care experience
As the Mary Poppins of pet sitting, I provide calm, relaxed, flexible care for your companions in your home or (on a very limited basis) in mine! Experienced with dogs of all sizes, temperaments and ages including geriatric care. Special needs dogs are welcome as are dogs who are fearful, shy or timid. I have nine years professional pet sitting experience; three in Jacksonville FL, six locally and 30+ years experience as a dog foster parent, shelter dog volunteer and rescue director in North America. Pricing is flexible based on length of visits, from 15 minutes for a potty break to 1 hour for an extended sit. I'm ready to meet your family, so let's get together soon! When we step out we WoofTrax to support adoption at Alamogordo Animal Control and, of course, a portion of my fee is automatically donated to the ASPCA :)

Before sitting for the first time, I would like to know about any medical needs, food/treat preferences or avoidances, favorite games and toys, and have a clear idea of what to do in an a emergency, including contact information for you and their preferred vet.
A typical day
Once I know your dog's style and preferred exercise, I will adapt to that. We can play catch, fetch, frisbee, go for a stroll or a brisk walk, or cuddle on the couch - it's all up to what they want and what you suggest!

I will only consider overnights for geriatric, infirm or medical needs, otherwise I am totally flexible and I will easily adapt to your companions needs.
