I am beyond grateful to have found Mardi as a caretaker for my dog, Tayva. Not only do I trust her in and out of my home but also with my most prized possession, my pet. Also, I admire her work ethic in that Mardi is both timely and efficient. She is never late and she is always attentive to Tayva's needs. She takes initiative without being asked which is super reassuring for me. Mardi notices empty water bowls, even puts ice in Tayva's water bowl when the weather is warm. She rinses mud and dirty off Tayva's paws after a rainy walk. Simple things go a long way, especially when it benefits the care of my pet when I'm not home. Lastly, Mardi is understanding of Tayva's quirks and insecurities when walking out in the community with her and she responds accordingly.
