Marcus left my dog Coco outside and he went to work. my dog left the patio and I don't know how long he was in the streets, in danger. until a person called me to say that he had found my dog. Marcus didn't write until I asked him and he had no idea where my dog was. He told me that he would go look for it, until he decided to ask if I had found it almost 4 hours after he told me that he would go look for it. Thank God a friend held out her hand and my dog is safe.
First, he was good with sending pictures although at first they were blurry. Messaging was good as well. That’s all fine. Now I got my dog back with a wound on her nose and mouth. She had scabs and dry blood on the area around her nose. It was not like that before, I have videos and pictures from before she went over there. I also bought her a brand new lease and that was also damaged. Not sure what went on but he insists that nothing happened but my dog is injured. Also not sure what the red dried up substance is that’s in and around her dog bowl, I could only imagine.
Marcus did an amazing job with Cookie. She loves him and for that he has a special place with me as well. Cookie will definitely be back if Marcus is available. I also enjoyed the updates and photos that Marcus sent. He was very easy and pleasant to deal with.
