My family and I love dogs. My grandpa has a cattle ranch so I have spent a lot of time around large animals. I grew up with a chow chow. I loved my dog so much that my next 3 dogs were named after my first dog. We have a German Shepard that is a mamas boy. My husband said that he had to have his own name, so we named him Max. Our little Max has made our house a home. The first thing that any of our family do when we leave or enter the house, is to check on Max and give him kisses. He has a large stash of puppy treats and toys. I have made a few homemade puppy treats for him too. He loves his puppy ice cream. He loves playing in the yard. Then he loves to sleep right on my feet. When I get up to do something else, he will follow me, then lay back down on my feet. Such a good boy. He is potty trained. Probably because he is just so smart. We still keep good of him of course. I can see that a love of dogs has stayed with my whole family. My parents have a dog, whom my mom calls my brother. My sister and my brother each have a dog that is part of their family as well. We have puppy play dates. :) I have a Master's Degree in teaching, and my husband and I have five children. I will be going into nursing soon, and have several nursing classes out of the way. If your baby needs medicine, I am comfortable giving oral medication and care. I want your baby to be happy and comfortable while you are away.
