I'm a very experienced dog mom who grew up with dogs and has always had at least one, often two or three. I am a strong believer in rescue. I have a 10 year old chihuahua/pug mix who is my best friend. I specialize in senior and special needs dogs and was a long time caregiver for a border collie who was blind, diabetic, and has severe allergies. When my children were young, I worked driving transport legs for dachshund rescue and fostering dachshunds. My children are now grown and on their own, and since I'm a language educator who works part time from home, I am able to indulge my true passion which is taking care of dogs!
