This was my first time boarding a beloved pup and member of the family and I was very nervous and anxious about doing so. After sifting through many Rover sitters I found Marcia and Robert's page, and I'm extremely grateful I did. I did a meet and greet with Marcia and she quickly put me at ease and demonstrated she was more than worthy of our families trust. The care that our beloved Buttercup received was excellent. I received video updates and text feedback about how she was doing which truly put me at ease and gave me peace of mind during a cruise with my family, which we had not been on a family vacation in about 20 years, it meant a lot to have peace of mind. Marcia is excellent at her craft and you can tell she's a true professional, on top of that she is a true animal lover and can understand and empathize with each and ever pet owner I'm very confident saying. I was unsure if i wanted to leave my puppy with someone I do not know, but after using Marcia as my dogs babysitter, i feel comfortable to use the app moving forward. She was professional, sent daily pictures and videos with my dog, and was able to ease my concerns that I had. Would definitely recommend her services
