I have loved and cared for dogs basically my entire life. I’ve grown up with big dogs as family companions and eagerly taken responsibility for them! From my very first Saint Bernard to my first German Shepard, then to caring for my English mastiff and second German Shepard at the same time, I have had a lifetime of puppy love. With parents that love to travel the world, I was often the designated caretaker for the dogs; feeding, walking & taking out for potty breaks, bathing, and providing unique care for my post-surgery mastiff. I am usually the first call for friends (or friends of friends) who need someone they can trust to watch their beloved pup while they work late or have an important event. I have a genuine love for dogs of all breeds and sizes, and I am dedicated to providing the best possible care for them. I work from home, and I am a homebody almost to a fault! Besides going to the gym or the occasional social evening in the weekend, I am home pretty much all of the time. I will have plenty of time to take out, care for, and play with your pups! My work from home job is on my own terms and I can work at my own pace and take as many breaks as I would like. I on my have one recurring meeting at 5 pm. I have plenty of time to devote to your dog so they get all of the care and attention that they need. I have a two floor, two bedroom townhome which I share with my boyfriend. We have a small outdoor patio and shared grass yard space (not fenced). Besides that, our gated community of townhome has a dog park right across from us, as well as walking trails and a large amount of other green space, and even a dog washing spa! I live in the perfect environment for a happy pup to thrive in. There are other dogs in my neighborhood and they are all very friendly. Our community is a friendly and safe one, with only residents or those with provided access being able to enter the property, and a helpful staff available and close by during the workday for anything we need. With my availability, I am able to monitor your pups, take them out frequently, and provide a safe, attentive environment for their stay. If I am caring for a pup in your home, I will show both your dog and your home the highest level of respect. It is important for dogs to feel comfortable in their own home, and I aim to keep them feeling safe, happy, and healthy until you are back to do the same!
