Marcela was great! She came on short notice for a meet and great and took notes throughout the entire thing! She’s been punctual and communicates so well with us after the visit! Will definitely be using her frequently!
Marcela dropped in to take care of our very active baby boy. We left for a week and we hired Marcela to stop by twice a day to accompany our dog outside while he did his business. It was important for us to have someone who could keep up with him, was honest and experienced. Marcela exceeded our expectations. We were nervous because this was our first time using Rover but she walked us through everything. Not only that, she gave detailed reports every day, she was honest and trustworthy. She sent multiple pictures, played with him, kept tabs on his pee and poop daily. She was really such a relief, we were able to enjoy our vacation in peace. We can't sing her praises enough! Our boy misses her already!
Marcela is amazing!! She made us feel very comfortable leaving our pup while she came and walked her while we were at work. She came for a meet and greet and took detailed notes about our routine. She sent a detailed message and took lots of pictures to let us know how she did! We will definitely be using her in the future!!
She is the best!! Goes above and beyond to care for your pet, and she writes a full synopsis of her visit including amazing pictures and videos!
