We are a lively family of five (children born in 2011, 2015 and 2020) living in a townhouse near PS 174, half-way between Trader Joes and Queens Center. Everyone in our family loves dogs, and we enthusiastically welcome friendly small, potty-trained dogs to stay with us. (Our only pets are two lovebirds.) We'd be delighted to arrange a meet and greet at our home at your earliest convenience! We have flexible schedules and will strive to be accommodating to the needs of our guests, especially if we have advance notice and for shorter periods of time. We can discuss this at the meet and greet. Our guests receive a lot of attention from our family and visitors, and we maintain constant contact with owners updating them on how their dog is. Because we live in a townhouse without a fenced front yard, we prefer not to take care of a dog who would bolt out the front door at any opportunity.

I felt at ease with Marc and Farnoosh, their kids are adorable and lovable with my pet Ewok. They send me pictures and videos. Ewok looked very happy and it made me enjoy my vacation even more. I already recommended them to my neighbor.

This was my dog’s third stay with Marc and family. This time it was a 10 days stay. I was so at ease that I didn’t even checked in with Marc until several days later. And their children are really great with Jake. Thank you!

We prefer to take care of a small dog over one year old who will not pee inside our home and does not shed hair. We would ask you to bring dog food, wee pads, bed, and carrying bag or other items your dog is familiar with. (Apologies in advance we may decline to sit if a dog pees during the meet and greet or first stay with us)
A typical day
We often walk to the local park, and our children (with our supervision) like to play with our dog guests in the backyard we share with our neighbors. We also drive and bike to Juniper Park and Forest Park, and bring our dog guests with us to visit friends whenever possible.

Availability
We work from home and are with our young children much of the day. School days have a different routine in general than weekends and school vacation times. As much as possible our dog guests come outside with us for walks and car rides.
