We have used Rover for boarding with other sitters, but I have never felt more comfortable leaving our dog, Suzy, with Hillary and Marc. Didn't get to meet Marc, but Hillary is the best! She took the time to read the (very detailed) information sheet I had supplied for Suzy and seemed to know her before she arrived. Hillary was very responsive and sent pictures and updates on Suzy every day. I could tell by the pictures and comments that Suzy was comfortable there and was being treated as family. When we arrived to retrieve Suzy, she was outside with Hillary. I expected Suzy to come running over, overjoyed to see us. But, no. She was too involved in what she was doing and barely noticed us. As we took her to the car, Suzy was watching Hillary. As someone else mentioned, it was as if Suzy would rather stay there than come home with us! And she probably got more attention and belly rubs there than at home, too! Definitely would use them again. My only concern is that they will become too popular (and busy) and be unavailable next time. We were that pleased!

Marc & Hilary were extremely easy to work with and very flexible with scheduling. When I went to pick my dog up, it was very obvious that he had a great time with them. Just by speaking with them and seeing how happy my dog was, its easy see that they treat all pets as if they were their own. I even received numerous pictures throughout the days updating me on him. As a local, I highly recommend Marc & Hilary and I will definitely be booking again with them in the future.
