Pet care experience
I treat your pup like they were my own. same snuggles, treats and love. They won't be lonely between my own dog, daughter (7 years old) spouse and myself they are sure to get all the attention they deserve and need.I started pet sitting in Hawaii in 2013, and have continued here in Bluffton. I love animals so does my daughter. She knows limits, she isn't allowed to lay, sit, poke or pull on animals. I am a firefighter on shift work, but my other half is home when I'm not. I have experience with dogs up to the size of Great Danes. I also do horse sitting (at clients barns), have experience with reptiles and we also have chickens. I truly believe that animals are the best judges about people, I've had numerous owners tell me that thier pets don't really do well with people and when I met them they are the sweetest things ever and love the attention. I have experience with administration of medications to include injections, post OP care, and special needs.

Mara and John are awesome! My Bernie loved being with them! It was Bernie’s first birthday and Mara made a cake and had a birthday costume party for him! She sent pictures and videos every day!! Bernie was having a better time them we were…and we were on vacation!! I cannot say enough good things about them!!
Mara and her family were wonderful with our girls! They had an awesome, dog friendly set-up, complete with all amenities our girls enjoy at home and then some. The girls were comfortable immediately at drop off and they were happy and relaxed at pick-up. We are excited to have them stay with them again and again! Thank you again, Mara! Prosolow’s Paw Palace is highly recommended.

On almost 2 acres of land with most of it fenced in your pup while have a blast. Walks are still a multi day routine. We have one elderly female lab (15 years old) and a 7 year old daughter who has been around animals since she was born, and also have chickens. We spend a lot of time outside and encourage our 4 legged friends to join us (plenty of water and shade provided of course), with the doggy door they free to go in and out as they want.

A typical day
Playing in the back yard, 2 walks a day or a run. Lots of love and snuggles. My daughter enjoys reading to animals and loves to play with them and sometimes even acts like them. We truly treat them like family. You will receive pictures and updates daily (more or less as you prefer).

Availability
Our house is sit up for 4 legged friends. Doggy door so potty breaks are never an issue. With both of us doing shift work, someone is almost always home to love and care for your pup.
