Pet care experience
• 14 years pet sitting/walking experience (not my own pets) • Kitten and dog foster for over a year • Degree in Biology, WSU • Going to grad school for Zoological Technician Science • Comfortable with all breeds/sizes and species! Hi! I’ve been pet sitting since I was 9 years old (15 years?!) for friends and family and I thought I’d start helping out my fellow local pet owners too! I have also been fostering kittens and dogs for over two years now so I am used to all sorts of personalities and breeds. I’ve always had a passion for helping animals which is why I earned my degree in Biology and also why I am so excited to begin grad school in order to be a zoo tech! I look forward to meeting you and your little one!

My main goal when I enter a clients house is to make the animal feel comfortable and non-threatened. This usually consists of me bringing some yummy treats to hand out! Taking notes of their schedule and preferences from their owners is also something I like to make sure to do. My roommate says I treat my cats like they’re my real babies and I tend to do this with all the animals I take care of :)

If there’s any special type of treat or toy that’s their favorite! Also, how well do they do on a leash and if there’s any off-limits areas in the home. Finally, what medications (if any) they are on!
A typical day
I love walking by the lake and taking the dogs I watch to the dog park to get some outside energy out! Playing in the yard at home is also great! Making sure there’s lots of petting and cuddle time too is a plus so your pet will be getting a lot of love while you’re out!

Availability
I am available everyday, including weekends! I have an evening job on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays but would still be available for house sitting on those days as well! I’m an early riser so early morning walks are welcome!
