Hi there, thanks for visiting my profile! I'm an experienced vet tech with a love of all animals. We live on 12 acres with our two horses, four dogs, and two cats. It’s doggy heaven! Our house and property has plenty of space for your furbabies both inside and out. I am currently dedicating all of my time to pet sitting & training from home, as we have the perfect setup for it. Our four dogs are all highly socialized, and love having new friends to play with! I worked as a veterinary technician for 3 years, including one year of veterinary medical technology school. I'm a dedicated, professional, and trustworthy individual with a passion for being with animals 24/7! My medical background allows me to ensure your pets' safety the entire time we are together, and I can also perform basic grooming needs such as teeth brushing and nail trimming if requested. If you choose me to watch your dog while you are away, then you can come home to a happy and healthy pet!

Mara is amazing! I’ve never felt more confident and comfortable leaving my dog with someone before. She sends pictures and updates and has so much land for the dogs to explore. Definitely taking my fur baby back here.
This was our first time with Rover, and as very protective pet parents, we were very nervous. I have to say though, the minute Mara showed up for our meet and greet, I knew she was a perfect friend for our little lady. She was so sweet and obviously good with animals. It was so nice to have pictures sent and know that she was playing and having fun. When we got home, you never would have known she was there. Everything was clean and she even stripped the sheets! I would recommend her to anyone and look forward to booking her in the future.
We, like other dog owners, don’t like to leave our dogs with “just anybody”. Mara turned out to be someone special. Our “herd” just loved her. Four dogs -who are picky eaters (one of them requiring medication) - all ate well, and he took his meds! They were happy when we got home -and I know they were happy while we were gone because I received lovely pictures of the entire herd. The house was so tidy, it looked like no one had been there- except Mara had changed the sheets ! That was our only indication she had been there, and the photos. I will happily recommend Mara to anyone who loves their pets -except on the dates that we want to ask her to come back ! ? Thanks so much Mara
Mara has been wonderful to work with. She visits with our dogs about once a week. She is enthusiastic and attentive. I am sure our dogs really enjoy her visits.
