Manshe was timely and professional in her communication. We did a meet and greet with her, and she was very sweet to our pet. When we arrived to drop Bailey off before our trip, there was another dog there. The first time we learned of the other dog was when we walked into the home and the two dogs were introduced. Unfortunately, the two dogs did not get along (despite both dogs generally being ok with other dogs). Manshe promptly contacted Rover and cancelled the stay, explaining the situation. Unfortunately, this did mean we missed our flights and had to change our holiday plans. We wished there had been more transparency about having another dog.

Loved the way Manishe kept me updated about Major’s stay . She was very sweet and understanding. I believe Major has met a new friend. I will definitely be booking with her again.
