Pet care experience
I have been taking care of dogs, cats, and a few other types of pets since I was 7 years old. Growing up, my siblings and I were known as the pet sitters of the neighborhood, and we got to know all the pets of our neighbors! I have also had pets of my own for my whole life, I have been the primary caregiver for both puppies and kittens during house training, and I have administered medication for some pets. I love animals and getting to know their unique personalities!

Mandy has watched my two dogs on many occasions, often on short notice, and has consistently provided care and love for them as if they were her own. She always sends me updates throughout the day to let me know how they're doing. I cannot recommend Mandy enough!

I have no fenced in yard, but I live within walking distance of UNC Campus quads and parks. I go on daily runs and love to walk around campus with dogs! There are no other pets in the home, but I have three housemates who are also college students and dog-lovers!

I would like to know how much activity he or she is used to and is able to do, whether or not the dog likes other people and other dogs, and what their favorite games and scratch spots are! I would also like to know if he or she will need any medication and if they have any unusual medical conditions. I also love to hear about their personalities!
A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks, runs (if they are up for it!), and hikes around the area! I like spending afternoons on UNC quads, studying or reading or playing with a dog.

I am a college student, but classes are online this semester so my schedule is very flexible. I’ll have plenty of time to check in on your pups whenever needed! I am open to long-term set schedules or a more flexible arrangement.
