Pet care experience
I have been hosting pets in my home and heart for most of my adult life. Scott & I are retired and have relocated here to NOLA from the AZ desert. I have been a sitter, trainer and behavior specialist for decades and been involved in animal rescue and fostering with vet tech training in my background. My calm, friendly and experienced pack and we have welcomed many a vistor with open arms & paws! Our home features a fenced yard, a dog door and someone home all the time. Your dog isn't boarding with us, it will be a member of our happy pack and enjoy the socialization and love our dogs get at all times. And, (if diets allow), my chef husband is thrilled to cook for everyone!

Mandy not only rescued my 2 Chihuahuas, but was always there when we needed to leave them at her home. They were treated as part of the family - as were all the dogs Mandy watched. She's a special lady. My Chihuahua, Cricket, would go nuts with excitement when I said we were going to Mandy's. Both he and 'Lil Bit couldn't wait to get to her house and play with the pack. You won't go wrong leaving your "pet family" with Mandy. She is definitely rated 5 Stars in Nevada, Utah and Arizona.
Mandy has a special gift when it comes to animals. Not just for the special dogs and cats, but birds and tortoises. She helped me with one on my most rewarding rescue experiences with Sly. She has the experience, the heart and soul to provide care for your most precious pet and companion.
Mandy is absolutly the VERY BEST. Her Love for our pets shows in the care they get and they become a part of her family. She always knew that I worry so she would text me updates and photos. A couple of photos I remember were of Mandy in her big comfy chair with Audrey reclining with her, and the leopard couch Audrey would lay on (I have that photo on my book case). Both Audrey and my old boy Little Brother loved hanging out with her. No doubt, she is the VERY BEST.
I have a hard time being away from my animals but when my dogs were at Mandy's, I had absolute peace of mind. They loved being there, and I didn't worry about them because it was like their second home. She provides a loving dog friendly environment, and I wish she was still here because we all miss her!
