Pet care experience
I am an experienced dog sitter and dog fosterer with two of my own much-loved and spoiled pooches, a Jack Russell (Fitz) and an Aussie (Twain). I love all dogs and am comfortable caring for dogs with high energy, anxiety, or reactivity (people-reactivity or dog-reactivity). I also genuinely love puppy training! I will spoil your dogs while making sure any house- or leash-rules you want me to enforce are enforced. My dogs and I are used to having new dogs in our house, as I am a dog fosterer through MCASAC. We'll make them feel at home!

Atticus always has THE BEST time at Mallory’s house getting to romp in the yard and play with her dogs. Her yard is fenced in and gorgeous, just a fun place for dogs to explore and lay out in the sun, which is Atticus’ favorite pastime. She recently got a doggy door for dogs to go in and out and since Mallory mainly works from home, your dog will always feel her warm presence. Mallory is super communicative and very flexible. On our last stay, we had a last minute change and Mallory was able to accommodate us quickly. She also sends pictures to update you on how your fur baby is doing! We’re lucky that Mallory lives nearby and she has become our goto sitter for when we go out of town!
Mallory was amazing. She was in touch regularly and took great care of our dog who was having stomach trouble. There was never a doubt our dogs were in excellent hands! We're looking forward to having her back.
Mallory is simply the best house/pet sitter that we have ever had. We have a dog, cat and a rabbit. So it's hard to find someone that is comfortable with all three animals. Based on the many photos that she sent (we didn't have to ask for them), she loved up each of them. She took the dog for more walks than we do. :) This stay went so well, that we have her coming back for another one in just a week. I highly recommend her.
So grateful to have found Mallory! She is the perfect “Pet sitter/walker” and she’s going to care and spoil your fur babies. As I was entering my apt building my neighbor said “ I see you had someone walk Brownie? She was really good with Brownie! “

In my home, I have a fully fenced yard of about a half acre that my two very friendly dogs love to explore. Unless you request otherwise, your dog(s) would be let into the yard every two hours, but would spend the rest of the time in my home. Upon your request, your dog can be crated at night - or can sleep in my bed with me and my spoiled doggos! While staying in your home, I will play with and spoil your dogs while respecting any house rules you pass along.

I am comfortable caring for dogs of all energy levels and temperaments. I have experience with dogs who struggle with dog-related and people-related reactivity, and will customize activities accordingly. For any care at your home, I appreciate any information about your dog's preferences. Does he love carrots? Is he scared of strollers? Love frisbees but ehh about balls? For any care within my home, it's important that your dog is comfortable with other dogs, as I have two fixed male dogs, one of which is a small dog and one of which is a large dog. I'm not able to care for any unfixed/unneutered dogs in my home.
A typical day
I tailor my time with your dog to you and your dog's preferences. Does your dog love the dog park? We'll make it happen. Does she want to explore the woods on-leash? We can do that. Want to play fetch in the safety and security of your own yard? We'll do it! I'll listen to your preferences and suggestions and pay attention to your dog's feedback over time.

Availability
I am in law school full-time, but only take classes Tuesdays (6+ hours) and Thursdays (half-day). Depending on the situation and your dogs' needs, my husband - who works fully remotely - is able to assist with care.
