Pet care experience
I had a few cats and dogs growing up. I currently have a 4 year old cat and a 4 year old dog I coparent. I have had/coparented both animals since they were just a few weeks old. I often assist my roommates caring for their 10 year old dog and young cat. I have consistently house/pet sat for a family over the last 6 years 2-3+ times a year. I have stayed at someone else’s home watching their animals anywhere from a day to over a week at at a time. I also house/pet sit for other friends and family members frequently.

Malia is the best pet sitter around! She sends updates consistently and lets you know of any issues. Most recently we had a health issue with our cat the day we were leaving for a trip and she stepped in and handled the vet visit for us, and I trusted her with it and him! She always stays at our house with our pets and we always come back to a house the way we left it and tidied up. There is no one I trust more with my pets and know I can relax and enjoy my vacations when she is with them.
Malia is a great choice for someone to take care of a pet-owner's animals. She has helped me with taking care of my cats whenever I am out of town, and I trust her fully to make sure that they are fed and well-cared for. Both cats in my home are primarily indoor cats. The dog in my home is walked daily and plays in my courtyard. All of the animals in my home are on solid feeding schedules. I am able to follow guidelines and schedules on taking care of animals. I’m able to administer medication to both cats and dogs.

A typical day
I love taking daily walks especially with a dog to keep me company! I have a few dog parks I like to go to, but will gladly go any route/park that is preferred!

Availability
I work Monday-Friday 8-5. My weekends are usually free. I would be able to stay any night if the week if needed, or go there directly after work. Depending on how far the home is from mine, I could possibly drop in for a short walk or feeding on my hour lunch break.
