Available for Thanksgiving/Christmas drop in visits and walks! 😊 Hi! My name is Malia and I am currently a college student. I have two cats who don't live with me at the moment so I'd love the opportunity to take care of your pet(s). I've had cats all my life so I have lots of experience in caring for cats and I have all the cat necessities. For dogs, I’ve taken care of my cousin's lab/german shepherd and terrier/schnauzer since I was young. I am very reliable and I will ensure your pet's safety. I understand how important your fur babies are to you so I will care for your pets as if they were my own :) PLEASE READ FOR DOG WALKING AND DROP-IN VISIT SERVICES: -Dog walking services include a 30-minute walk. Leash and collar must be provided. After the walk, I will refill their water and food and provide treats. If you'd like a shorter walk, please let me know and I'll give you a new price depending on the length of the walk. -Drop-in services include a 25-30 minute visit with a potty break, playtime, and refill of food and water. I will also give treats if asked. If you live in a home without a yard, I will take your pet out on a leash so they can do their business. Please let me know if you have any extra services that you'd like me to provide. Clients will typically book 2-3 drop-in visits a day when leaving for the full day or going on vacation :) *Please do not request with me if your dog is prone to aggressive behaviors *You must provide leashes/collars *For walks I only accept two dogs maximum and both dogs must be well behaved when being walked together

Malia did a wonderful job taking care of our two cats when we were away! She was attentive, kind, and responsible - always on time and following all of the instructions we left. We received very detailed updates and lots of great photos of her playing with and letting our cats. Even our very shy cat became fond of Malia! We definitely will be using her again and would recommend her to anyone!
Booked Malia for 4 days while we were on vacation. She was very attentive to our pet cat Samson. Communicating and instructions was easy. Definitely will rebook in the future. Thanks Malia!

I will provide a safe and calm environment for your fur baby. I live in a one-story, two-bedroom condo with a patio. My home is very quiet and there will be no other pets in my home. I live very close to multiple dog parks that I’d be happy to take your dog to. *Please keep in mind, for bigger dogs, that I do live in a condo and it's not the biggest but I will provide a lot of walks and take your fur baby on lots of fun adventures!

-bathroom schedule and eating schedule (your pet must be potty trained) -special needs (administering medication, etc) -if your pet has stayed in someone else's home before, separation anxiety -how your pet reacts to other dogs so I know whether to avoid other dogs on walks * I will not be able to accept dogs that are prone to excessive barking (for boarding services only) *I do not accept puppies under 1 year old I’d love to know as much about your pet as possible to make sure your pet is comfortable at all times.
A typical day
I will take your pet on as many walks as I can. I live very close to an amazing dog park, a lake, and the beach. (I'll only take them to these places if you're comfortable of course) I usually take my rover pups on walks in my condo complex to make sure they're away from any busy streets. I have lots of cat and dogs toys for your pets to play with. *please provide a leash/collar, a harness would be great if you have it!

Availability
My schedule is pretty flexible. I only have online classes so I am usually available all day, every day. I'd say I will mainly be unavailable on Tuesdays with some weekends off. On Saturdays from 9am-12:30pm I will be unavailable as I volunteer for dog adoption events. I volunteer for Labs and More if you'd like to check it out! If you really need me for certain dates and my calendar says I am unavailable, please reach out anyway and I'll see what I can do. I’ll be more than happy to try to make something work! :)
