Malachi deserves far more than a five star rating and the abundance of thanks we gave him for Murphy's recent stay with him. My husband and I had booked a sitter to stay in our home with Murphy while we traveled out of state for the Holidays. To our disappointment, the original sitter had fallen short in taking care of Murphy ... and this was brought to our attention by the tenants who live above us, as they notified us that Murphy had been barking incessantly and sounded distressed for the duration we had been gone. On Christmas Day, we reached out to Malachi to ask if he would be willing to assume care for Murphy until we returned home. He agreed (not having met any of us) and went to our home to remove Murphy from the care of the person originally booked. On his arrival, he kept me on the phone so I could walk him through obtaining what Murphy would need for the next 24 hours (food, treats, leash, and harness). He noted several accidents from Murphy in our home when he walked in and encountered the person we had originally booked. This had to have been a very difficult situation for Malachi to put himself in. He handled it with 100% professionalism. His updates and photos that followed his retrieval of Murphy gave us notable reassurance and a dramatic decline in our stress levels. A great thanks to Malachi and his efforts of going far above and beyond to care for Murphy. He'll be the first person we contact with future dog sitting needs.
