II just want future users to know that I had a very frustrating and stressful experience with this sitter. I had made reservations for her to board my dog over a month is advance of my trip out of the country. On two separate occasions, I told her I would be dropping my dog off at her house at 6am prior to driving to the airport to catch my flight. On the drop-off day, I was driving down her street, and I was having a hard time finding her house. I texted her a little after 6am and did not get a response. Eventually I found her house and knock loudly on the door several times, and there was no answer. I called her phone, still no answer. I called Rover support, and they also tried calling her and her emergency contact. There was never a response. I had to find an extremely last minute boarding for my dog, and I had no other option than to pay twice as much as I was going to pay for this sitter. I had to figure all o this out and also had to drive 2 hours to the airport almost missing my flight. I still have never received an explanation or an apology. Overall, I am extremely disappointed in Rover and will not be using this service again.

Makinzee was really accommodating and took great care of Maebel for the afternoon. She noted Maebel was getting into some hand warmers and put them out of reach to avoid any issues (thanks for looking out for Maebel!!!). Next time I am in the area, will definitely see if you are available.
