Pet care experience
Hello! I have cared for pets as long as I can remember and have always had one in the house. I took on dog training as a passion 4 years ago and have volunteered to walk dogs at the shelter for many hours. I house sit for friends and family members to keep those dogs busy while they are away. With that being said I am good with youngsters and grouchy pets! I treat everyone’s fur babies as if they are mine with gentle care. If you have specific training needs I would love to do my best to accommodate with you! I would love to care for your best friends so they can get all that energy out while you’re away!!

Makenzie has taken care of dogs since I’ve known her. She’s trained them very well and always looks after them with the utmost love and care. She’d be a great candidate for Rover.
Makenzie has watched over my two Great Danes while I was on vacation, my oldest (molly) needs extra medical attention with using the bathroom and providing different medications. Makenzie was able to make sure they were both taken care of so I could enjoy time with my family.

Let me know if your dog needs any oral medication administered or other special needs. Such as walking in a quieter environment for reactive/anxious dogs, or special commands you have taught that you would like me to accommodate.
A typical day
I love to provide mental and physical activities such as hiking the trails around the town and certain games with treats where dogs have to solve a puzzle to get their treat! It really gets their mind going! I also have plenty of time for long walks on a terrain suitable for your specific dog if they aren’t as high energy. Whatever works best for your baby!

Availability
I am currently working part time and in school full time. I am available early in the day for a morning walk and potty until 11am, getting in some play time when your doggies are missing you!
