Pet care experience
I’ve had many pets growing up. I got my first dog in 2005 and have been caring for them ever since. I currently have a 6 year old Aussie, a cat, and a bunny! Family has relied on me to help care for their animals. I can give medications, brush, bathe, walk, and spend endless hours playing in our acre fenced in yard.

First time using Rover and very happy with it. We have tried using family members in the past and it has been a problem every time. Makena cares and went out of her way to take care of our cats. She would show up early and make sure they had plenty of food and water. She even made sure to bring in one of our inside/outside cats so it wouldn't be stuck in the overnight freezing temps. The pictures are a great help. We will definitely use Rover, and Makena, again!

I am very flexible on how I can care for animals in my home. I have a nice finished basement with a walkout. I have two kennels if your pet is use to that. I can also keep him/her out loose in my home if you prefer. My house is “pet proof”. I have a very large (1 acre) fenced in yard. My goal is to make your pet as comfortable as possible. If I am watching your pet in your home, I will strive to keep things as close to their normal as possible!

A typical day
We can play in my my 1 acre fenced in yard, we can go for a walk in my quite neighborhood, and maybe even get a pup cup from one of the local ice cream shops!
