I really enjoy being outdoors and going for neighborhood walks. 'Walk the dog' is a great excuse to go for a neighborhood walk, run or hike. Practical stuff: I had a lab/golden retriever growing up until she passed from bone cancer a few years ago. After 12yrs I would say I was well versed in what it takes to care for a dog in terms of exercise & play; food; training and picking up after her. I have also pet-sat for coaches and family friends numerous times. I am more than happy to uphold rules you set for your dog in your home while they are in my care. In general, I have a laid back home so they are allowed on coaches and chairs (unless you prefer they didn't). Let me know if you have any questions! Side notes: I'm comfortable giving pets meds as I have experience giving meds to both dogs and cats. My cat is very laid back and friendly with dogs. She lived with a Lab/retriever mix for most of her life.
