Ever since I was young, I’ve always had a special place in my heart for all animals, especially cats and dogs. I am an occupational therapy graduate student currently working with service dogs and therapy dogs. I have a lot of experience with walking dogs and house sitting for families in the past. I will treat your animals as my own, with compassion and kindness, and go above and beyond to meet any special needs your pet may have. I have 10+ years of experience caring for animals. I am available for drop-ins and walks and very flexible with hours and times. If you have any other animals, like cats, I would love to watch them as well. Thanks for considering!

Makayla was so fantastic watching my cats for a week! One of them started to get sick the day I had to leave and she was so helpful and accommodating about adjusting the plan to stop by more frequently and give him his meds. She even stopped at the vet for me to pick them up because I had already left town! She provided me great updates about my cats and even my home. 10/10 would recommend!
Makayla does a great job of communicating with us about comings and goings and how the dogs are doing. Our dogs are quite a handful right now, but Makayla seems to really enjoy them.
Makayla is wonderful with Snoopy! She is very affectionate and Snoopy senses that. He gets very excited when I tell him she is coming and does not want her to leave at the end of their walk!
Makayla is so comfortable and loving around animals. She has taken care of dogs, cats, goats, horses, and even hedgehogs. She is mature, responsible, respectful, on time and even appreciative getting to spend time with animals. It is a win/win situation in having Makayla interact with your special pet.
