Experienced Fur Baby Caretaker!
Pet care experience
I’d like to say I have a lot of experience with Fur Babies, my aunt who is a vet tech of 20 years has taught me a lot about how to care properly for the fur babies and has taught me SO much about various breeds. Together we take care of 4 Great Danes and I have 3 more fur babies I take care of at my grandmas house, I’ve had a lot of experience working at adoption facilities and boarding facilities for fur babies and I’d consider myself really knowledgeable with all the different breeds and how to take care of fur babies at any age/size! I work for Rover as a side job because I understand how frustrating it is when you have to work, or have things going on where you need someone you can trust that will make your fur baby happy and make sure they are taken care of!

I can do various things to take care of your fur baby, depending on the age/size, I’ve worked from Great Danes/Great Pyrenees all the way down to a chihuahuas and bulldogs and I’d like to say I’ve learned a lot about the different behaviors in the different breeds and sizes so I’m more than positive I can accommodate to however your fur baby likes to play/spend time! I would make sure they’re fed and entertained and loved the entire time!

It’s important for me to know if they have an disabilities I need to help with or watch for, any medications and the easiest way to administer it, and if they have any specific fears for example one of my rescues is terrified of me touching any fence because her pervious owner scared her with it so now I stay away from fences with her. I know that’s super specific but I’ve seen a lot of dogs with specific fears and I want to make sure they feel safe! It’s not required but would be nice to know what specific toys/games you like to play with your fur baby and what they eat!
A typical day
I like to make sure your fur baby is happy and trusts me to take care of them the entire time so they don’t stress themselves out, so I like to go for walks and play rough with toys if that’s allowed, I love to give cuddles if they’re comfortable. I like to spend time by watching movies if they like doing that and really figuring out what gives them that puppy feeling!
