The service provided was attentive and caring service. However there was a big problem with time management. We booked for our puppy for some half days while I worked. We knew in advance that they wouldn’t be available until after certain times (2 one day and 4 the next day). We needed three days in total. The first day, they hit a bunch of traffic and were about an hour or so late. Traffic sucks no problem. Then they messaged asking if they could pop out to take another clients dogs for their walks, I agreed thinking it would be quick as we were paying for their time with our dog. It took 4 hours for this to happen. Lesson learned. Day 2. Said they’d be there by about 4:30. Then get a message that it’s going to be much later because their previous client ran over, they need to shower, pick up some food, etc. I’m not happy at this point but am already at work. It took about 4.5 hours after the original time for them to show up. Our dog is a puppy, leaving him for that long really isn’t okay. Day 3. They said they didn’t have commitments at the time of booking, agreed to 1:30-2 for arrival since the only obligation was at 12. At 1:30 I receive a message that they are doing laundry and will not be there on time. I can understand that life happens but I’m paying you to care for our dog. Being late all three days isn’t okay. There’s clearly a lot of chaos with this sitter so again while the care was lovely, they were not able to show up when they were supposed to and it seems to be a consistent problem.
