I have 15 years of experience pet-sitting including house sitting, walks, boarding, and drop ins. I am originally from Tallahassee, FL, lived in Tampa from 2015 to 2020 where I attended/graduated from The University of Tampa, and now reside in Tallahassee again. I volunteered with the Tallahassee-Leon Community Animal Service Center from 2014 - 2017, and have experience handling dogs of upper wards of 120 pounds. My volunteering not only helped improve my handling skills, but has also made me better able to read a dogs body language and break-up situations that may arise. I am very calm and gentle with animals, and will spend a lot of quality time with them when I am hired. I know that your animals are dearly loved, and I plan to treat them with the same love and respect that you do.

I have absolutely no preference with breeds as I have worked with many breeds at the animal shelter I volunteered at. Prior to sitting I would like to know any restrictions your animal may have concerning food, habits, and socialization. Is your animal comfortable riding in a car? Does it require medication? Is it aggressive towards other people or animals? How long can it be safely/comfortably be left alone?
A typical day
Walks, car-rides, dog park (If approved), hikes around local parks/greenways/trails, enrichment, and a lot of cuddling and quality bonding time. I enjoy spoiling the animals I watch because they deserve the best!

Availability
I work full time as a medical assistant and a nanny. I have the most availability for pet services Friday through Monday. Depending on your specific needs I may be able to accommodate Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays. At this time, I do not accept jobs longer than 3-4 nights.
