Pet care experience
I am a natural care taker, I love helping and caring for any living things. I know that a families pet is a member of the family and should be cared for and loved on as such. My experiences caring for my own flock of dog, cats and chickens has taught me all of the skills required to be a top notch care giver. Child care has been my occupation for over 15 years , and mother for 3 years has given me so much love. My favorite hobby is traveling. This has allowed me the opportunity to learn how to be comfortable and interact in different homes. I have extra respect for those who open their home and share that respect when I enter. I hope to bring my joy and love for everyone/ living thing into your home or out on a walk.

Makalae was the perfect person to stay with our Boo while we were out of town on a pretty lengthy vacation. We clicked right away, though I'm sure she would with just about anyone. She took fantastic care of him, as well as watered my plethora of plants (which can be a handful in and of itself), and really went above and beyond as a house and pup sitter. She sent videos almost every day, updates, and walked him daily. I really couldn't have asked for more, and we would absolutely ask her to watch him again, if we needed someone to take care of him. She was awesome!
We love Makalae! Our lab Kirby, just adores her. She's very kind, patient and loving. Kirby is 104 lbs and I trust Makalae with him completely. He was a rescue and still has some anxiety but she is wonderful with working with him. I highly recommend her! She's a dogs best friend!
Makalae likes my dog, and my dog likes Makalae. She works with small children so I know she is patient and caring. She is also quite active and will love to take your dog on walks.
