Pet care experience
I am a very hands on dog sitter. At the age of 10, I got my first minor job working with a dog on a personal level. That job, combined with having animals around me all my life, led to the curiousity of its potential. That's when I set out to start my own personal service system. For about six years now, I've been offering services to dog and pet owners of all kinds through "Z's Pet Assistance". Mostly I work for friends and friends of friends but I want to open up my business more. I'm experienced in walking, boarding, house sitting, and all types of training. I can handle pretty much any pet, even those challenging. I offer open flexability with hours during the day and am willing to work around your plans.

I have a stand alone dog run set up out back, and open basement for indoor zoomies, keep a full stock of cat trees and extra empty rodent cages set up for new rescues or overnight exotic visitors. I my own on-the-go gear too: leash, lead rope (for heavy pullers), frisbee, tennis balls, water bottle, doggy/kitty bag for extras, ect.

I enjoy all types of dogs and am even willing to work with the more challenging breeds. The only thing I ask to know is if they are social friendly and what they enjoy. Like every person, dogs have favorite activities and other things they just don't like. Knowing their likes and dislikes can make all the difference in how I can make sure the dog can enjoy their time with me.
A typical day
Just like a normal kid, dogs enjoy a lot of activity. I try and keep things playful by going on walks, playing fetch, lounging in the back yard, and with puppy play (wrestling and playing with toys). For the older dogs, I understand energy can come in bursts so I mix in a nice blend of time cuddling and laying together on the couch, grooming, and doggy massage.

I run an animal rehab situation at home so my days start and end with animal care. I kind of just start with a list and jump around based on what everyone needs.
