I’m the friend that gets made fun of because I love animals so much. My experience dog sitting has ranged from a dog aggressive pit bull to dogs that respond when they are off leash. However, my experience watching over dogs with quirks, far outweighs my experience watching dogs without them. Every dog is so different, and I love getting to know each of their personalities. I used to volunteer for Boulder Guide Dogs for the blind. This experience taught me the value of positice reinforcement training. Dogs mostly just want to be around their people, and I mostly just want to be around dogs and animals. My schedule is currently very flexible and I’m happy to help out where I can.
