Pet care experience
I’m a veterinary student with extensive clinical experience. I have been working in large and small animal husbandry jobs since I was a teen, and have been working both as an independent dog trainer and as a trainer’s assistant for three years. My current dogs are a deaf rescue dog and a standard poodle; both have multiple performance titles and qualified for AKC National Obedience Championships 2022. I use science-based dog training methods that are humane, compassionate, and effective.

Haley went above and beyond for our pets! She took excellent care of our home as well. She even took care of our chickens. Our dogs were so happy. We highly recommend Haley and will definitely have her back to house sit for us soon!
Haley did a great job taking care of my girls for the weekend. They are not the easiest pups to take care of, but I felt completely at ease with Haley in charge. She asked lots of questions, and made sure to even wash the sheets in the guest room where she stayed.
Haley is very thorough and considerate. Looking forward to working with her in the future!
I work side by side with Haley in a veterinary clinic and could not recommend her enough for petting sitting! She is one the most compassionate and knowledgeable individuals I have worked with. I've seen her treat the pets in our care with the same love and kindness as she treats her own. She can easily read a dog's demeanor and always takes the extra time needed to help calm our really anxious ones. Haley also is great with obedience training. I've seen her skills first hand while working with her own puppy. I plan on using Haley not only for pet sitting in the future, but also to help with potty and obedience training. Having a veterinary professional with her compassion and knowledge can put your mind at ease knowing your pet is in the very best of hands.

A typical day
I like parks and nature-filled areas; minimal pavement for me! Your dog will probably get some training, and I also have long leads to allow your dog to safely run and play fetch.
