Pet care experience

During these years with Rover, My husband Andy and I feel so lucky to have the opportunities to work with many beautiful dogs and their owners, we appreciate those fantastic time and your kind words to me. And we are looking forward to meeting you in the future. Our dear "Moca," a 12 years old French Bulldog, passed away in Spring 2018. She was a wonderful dog, like my baby, so I feel I couldn't have another dog soon. But I love to have a dog in my house, by giving cares to dogs, I hope I could find some joy again. We are dog lovers. I grew up with many dogs since I was a child and lucky to learn many different behaviour and characters from each breed. I have years of experience of taking care of dogs, handling leash and a bit experience with unsecured dogs. For safety reasons, I don't do off-leash or dog park walk. I can't take any dog with a severe medical condition. I only take one dog at a time or two from the same owner. My house is close to many parks and trails. We walk them every day and play with them during their stay. Please bring his /her foods, treats, beds, toys, training pad if he/she is a puppy, leash, collar, anything that can make your dog comfortable. If you allowed any vegetables and fruits as their treats like carrots, cheese etc. please let me know, I would provide them. For safety reasons, we will not feed anything other than the food you provided. Let me know the following when you send in your requests to see if we are a good fit. 1)Let me know their routines, sleep, eating habits, allergy, medical history, walking patterns, things they like and don't, barking issues, separation anxiety, how they react to strangers, boarding experience, etc. 2)Anything that you required from a sitter(me). I recommend a "meet & greet" before boarding, so I can know more about your dog, and we get to know each other. I would recommend a "daycare" if this is first-time your dog stay with a stranger, so he/she doesn't get confused. Finally,I appreciate your kind review after boarding or daycare! I will treat them like my own and do my best to make sure your dogs have a wonderful time with me while you are away!

Maggie has looked after our sweet Bentley a few times now. She takes such great care of him and sends updates and pictures often. Our pup is quirky and she is able to make him feel comfortable and secure.

Bosley just loves staying with Maggie. It’s like his own little vacation. Thank you again Maggie for taking such good care of my boy. ?

Maggie took care of our 11 year old cairn while we were away on holiday. She was excellent at paying attention to all the little details and Lillie quickly felt at home. We were worried about leaving our dog with someone we didn’t know well, but we did a trial sleepover and could see Lillie Was very happy with Maggie and Andy. We would highly recommend her and are very thankful that we now have someone who can watch Lillie next time we are away:)
