I grew up on a small farm with a large variety of animals. I spent most of my time with horses and dogs. I was trained in positive reinforcement and natural horsemanship training techniques and am comfortable working with all types of dogs. I worked in a veterinary clinic as an assistant for a year where I was responsible for sanitation, assisting technicians with minor procedures, and overseeing the boarding facility. I am comfortable giving dogs baths and administering oral/injectable medication. I was also a professional dog walker in Seattle during one of my summers in college. I am an animal person and this work brings me great personal joy. While I don't have the space to have a dog of my own, it it through helping people care for their animals that I get my daily dog fix! I look forward to meeting you and your furry companion soon! :)
