I would NOT Book her again, ( Only going to state facts as I am so angry right now) We booked her for two nights to house sit, she did not stay overnight nor set our alarm system ( Although she texted that she would set the alarm once she went to bed), she was given specific direction to feed our dogs at 7 am 12 pm and 5 pm with a snack before they go to bed at 9, they only got two meals each day ( One of my dogs is on chemo, so this was horrible for him) she did not return to our home from when she fed them at 4:42 pm until she returned the next morning at 8.30 ish am meaning my dogs did not have a potty break for almost 16 hours, So Saturday night AND Sunday night they were left in there crates for an extended period of time almost 16 hours each time. I Did report to ROVER.com along with Video footage, since we have 9 security cameras that record 24/7 and Alarm.com which records anytime a door is open plus our neighborhood records all car license plates when they come and when they leave, We will not use her again as she put our home and our furbabies at risk, When confronted, she gave no response, just said she would refund our money once it cleared. again just facts, We will not use her again.
