Pet care experience
My husband and I and our two kitties, Bear and Nara, and our three pups, Ellie, Effie, and Lulu live in downtown Puyallup. Our pets are our babies! Ellie is a 13 year old dog who loves to join in the fun when her arthritis isn't flaring too much. The younger two, Effie and Lulu, are around 2.5 and are both deaf. I'm a long-time fur mom. I grew up with dogs and cats and have continued to have pets. I have experience with puppies and kittens up through end-of-life care. I love being outdoors - from reading to hiking and anything in-between. There are lots of trails to explore and awesome sidewalks in our area. Thanks for considering me for your pet-sitting needs! :)

Maggie did a great job watching our dog while we were out of town for a week. Great communication and we left feeling very comfortable our dog was in good hands.
Maggie is a very loving, and caring pet owner. She has had various experiences with dog/ cat sitting, and always does a fantastic job! The animals warm up to her easily, and she always finds fun ways to keep them entertained. She is also responsible, and learns all the needs of the pets.

I treat all animals as if they were my own. I love to cuddle or just hang out together. In addition I enjoy going on walks or throwing a ball (if that’s their thing). I tend to avoid dog parks, but have recently started using sniffspot if my pups need a larger space to chase a ball, so that's an option for your pups too!

1) Our fence is 3.5/4 feet in some areas, so if your pup likes to jump fences, our place probably isn't the best. 2) I appreciate information about their mannerisms, insights into helping them be on their best behavior, what types of activities they enjoy, their attitude towards new pets and people, etc..
A typical day
You can expect us to go for walks, laze on the couch, do treat puzzles, and play in the backyard. Each dog is different, so I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach.

Availability
My husband and I work full time from home, so we are able to flex our schedules according to your pets' needs. Our pups typically get 3 potty breaks during the work day -- the longest one is usually around lunch when we play fetch or frisbee.
