Hey there! I've been living in West Philly for over five years and have a ton of love for animals of all shapes, sizes, and dispositions. I can't currently have a dog of my own because I travel too frequently (although I have fostered short and long term multiple times before and plan to do so again in the future), but I redirect all the time, love, and energy that I would devote to a pet of my own to your pup! Growing up, my dad owned pet stores, so I've been exposed & accustomed to a wide array of creatures since I was very small. I'm a patient but diligent pet-sitter, an avid-gardener/runner/writer/vegetarian, and have a history of working in schools and nonprofits. I will soon be pursuing my Master's Degree in Education at UPenn in the fall. Due to my newly flexible student schedule I will have a lot of free time to devote to your animal, and am happy to reinforce behaviors and coach your dog through whatever training they might be undergoing or issues they might be trying to work through (I have experience with senior, skittish, and aggressive pups).
