Pet care experience
I've cared for family and neighbors' pets since I was a child, independently watching everything from cats to chickens. As an adult, I have become the go-to sitter for my friends' dogs and cats. I'm experienced with administering medication (oral and injected), injured and senior pets, and pets with behavioral considerations to manage. I love helping pets thrive, whether they are active and social or snoozy couch potatoes. I've also volunteered with shelters, where establishing trust and rapport with a stressed dog is crucial. I am currently working part-time/remotely, so my schedule is open for dogsitting anywhere in San Francisco on 24-hour notice. I am flexible but multi-day assignments are welcome. I am eager to learn about the routine that best fits your pet at your home, whether it's active walks and playtime or a calmer routine for senior animals. I look forward to helping your pet feel safe, engaged, and happy in your home while you're away.

This was Maggie's second time watching my cat, Siva. She did and excellent job and I highly recommend her! My cat requires insulin and she was great with him. I received plenty of pictures and knew he was in good hands :)

Remote work and a flexible schedule mean there's lots of leeway in my routine! For petsitting in your home, I generally have lots of time to hang out with your cat(s)/dog(s) during the day. For weekly walk-ins/drop-ins, let's talk!
