Maggie visited my cats daily for two weeks while I was abroad. Although she did a good job, and I thank her for that, she did not follow all the instructions I left her before leaving. She was instructed to clean both litter boxes and upon my return, it looked like one of them was hardly or never cleaned since the litter was hard as a brick, meaning the cats constantly peed there. Because the litter box was not cleaned, one of my cats started peeing outside of the box. I also asked Maggie to give my cats wet food every time she visited but most, if not all the food I bought was intact when I came back. One of my cats loves shrimp so I also asked Maggie to give him shrimp every 2-3 days and she didn't do that either because all the shrimp was still in the fridge. Also, the first few days, Maggie was only staying for 5-10 minutes and not for the 30 minutes I was paying her for. Thankfully, I have a camera that sends me notifications every time it detects a human so after realizing she was not staying for 30 minutes, I had to ask her to please stay longer. Lastly, I asked for pictures of my cats and updates and she only sent me a few updates. According to her, she was having trouble sending me pictures because of bad connection but she did not send pictures/updates daily even after I gave her my wifi password to make it easier for her.

My dogs had great big smiles when I picked them up, it was obvious that they were loved and well taken care of. Thank you Maggie!
