🐾Canine Care Expert 🐾

Pet care experience

📣** Please review profile and policies BEFORE requesting/ booking a service. Meet & Greets highly encouraged. ** 《Out of state travelers》✈️🚂🚙 *Close proximity to Albany Airport~3miles. *Close to I-87, I-90, and I-88- 2 miles 🐾♥️🏡 Hello! 🐾❤️ Lifetime dog owner, handler, trainer. Currently own border collies, labradors and a few smaller mix breeds; we are very active in sports/activities. We love to swim, play frisbee and adventure. If you're dog is not ok with other dogs that's ok too! I can accomodate dog aggressive/reactive dogs as long as they are ok with people. I have worked in all aspects of the pet care world including the management and oversight of a local boarding kennel. Well versed in dogs in new and different environments. I strive to make dogs comfortable in my home and provide top notch care. Dog training and dog sports are my current passions within the dog world so if you are looking for the next level boarding care look no further. Expansive backyard with ample room to play and romp. I also have indoor play space for those not so nice days. I feel that going away from your pet is tough, so I strive for comfort for your pet and peace of mind for you. I offer updates on your pet during their stay . I welcome dogs of all shapes, sizes and levels of training. Pack light, I have an expansive collection of dog equipment. Collar, food and leash only required. If you would like to bring more you are welcome to do so. Please supply current vaccination records: rabies, distemper and bordetella (optional-but recommended) 》》Drop-off and Pick-Up Windows 《《 》》6am-730am/6pm-730pm** 《《 **please specify a time within that window so I do not have overlapping exchanges. ** This is to minimize disruptions for dogs in my care while also keeping to our daily schedule. I am in a residential area so car pileups and barking dogs are not respectful to my neighbors. Crate trained dogs only. Dogs must be comfortable in a crate BEFORE boarding with me. This is for the best experience and safety for your pet. Dogs are fed meals and sleep in crates night. If I need to run an errands dogs will be crated while away, no longer than a max of a few hours. Meet & Greet is available upon request--and recommended. Please schedule a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your booking so I can be sure to schedule it for you. My life revolves around dogs and there is no weaving into my life. It IS my life, a passion and no better way to live. We keep a very rigid structured routine. Our day starts between 6-7am, with initial let outs--group play if appropriate to get that morning energy out. Then we settle in for breakfast time, all dogs rest 30 minutes prior to meals, 30 minutes to eat, then followed by another 30-60 minutes to digest. This helps prevent bloat( while any size dog CAN bloat--most often occurs in larger breeds, but I take no chances). We then are in and out throughout the rest of the day when dinner time commences between 5-6pm, repeating the same 30-30-30/60 routine. Last let outs and romps wrapping up around 10-11pm. I don't operate a free for all. I look forward to hearing from you! My life revolves around dogs. Between training, sports and overall enjoyment. Very knowledgeable about breeds and their specific needs. Ask me anything, I'm happy to chat.
