I’ve had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember. Even at a young age I had fun training and caring for my pets. As I got older, I began caring for neighbors and friends dogs and cats for short periods of time. Although I am not a certified dog trainer, I enjoy and believe I am good at training dogs as well. I also have some unprofessional experience working with very young puppies and new mothers.

Maggie was warm and caring and she and her family provided a wonderful weekend home away from home for Chester. I'd highly recommend them. They also have a great fenced in backyard and two other dogs that Chester loved to play with. He came home calm and happy.
This is the second time our dog Nikki has stayed with Maggie and we couldn’t be happier. Nikki is very happy when we pick her up. I especially like that Nikki gets to play with her dogs in her big fenced in yard!
Maggie and her family were super welcoming. They have 2 dogs of their own, and I was happy to know that Lili ,our 11 year old mini poodle (who is an only child and a bit spoiled) got personal attention. They took her out to play ball separately so she didn't have to compete with the others. They were understanding and affectionate with Lili who was being boarded with strangers for the first time. In no time at all she was one of the gang. We will definitely board Lili with them again.
Maggie provided excellent care for Cooper. He was extremely happy - we could tell that he was loved and that he enjoyed being in Maggie’s home and her wonderful backyard. We would definitely book again.

I have a large fenced in backyard perfect for playing fetch or sunbathing if your fur baby prefers. There’s plenty of space to run around and get their zoomies out and explore while still being securely fenced in and always in sight.

Availability
I am working part time currently and usually only work evenings a couple times a week. I would have plenty of time to socialize with the pups and play with them, walk them, or even train or bathe them. I wouldn’t want the dogs to be in an environment where they don’t have much freedom and end up cooped up in cages most of the day.
