Pet care experience
Hi! I am a graduate student and animal lover. I have been taking care of pets since I was 5. I have cared for guinea pigs, gerbils, parakeets, hedgehogs, cats, dogs, and fish. I even worked an alpaca farm for a few years! My family raises guide dogs so I am experienced with caring for and training high energy dogs. I have been dog walking for about a year. I am currently a student and love to care for animals because it fits into my schedule. I do most of my dog walking on Wag and with personal clients, so you may have seen me there! I used to have a cat named Eau, but she passed away in 2021. I miss her and love to take care of cats when I can!

I live in an apartment, so I can only board one dog at a time. I can board multiple cats from the same family! When housesitting, I make sure to get to know your fur baby and make sure they feel totally comfortable around me, because it is their space. I am a very positive, energetic, and empathetic person, and I feel that I have a strong ability to make dogs feel at ease.

I would like to know your dogs general disposition, if they are friendly with people and other pets, if they are reactive, and how they do on walks. If there’s anything else noteworthy (special feeding or walking requirements, if they tend to have accidents, etc) I would like to know that ahead of time as well. Thanks in advance!
A typical day
I love to take dogs on walks. The speed and length of the walk will depend on what the owner has specified and what the dog seems up for! I also love to play with pups inside, or just chill and cuddle. I am happy to bring your dog to the dog park, but only with your permission and suggestion!

Availability
I am a part time student so I will occasionally have conflicts with school. I am also a gigging musician, so there will be occasional weekends where I am out of town for work. However, when I am not out of town, my schedule is generally very flexible!
